Q/A Where do you deliver to? -We deliver worldwide. What are they delivery times? -1 to 3 weeks depening on if your item must be ordered in first. Shipping Fees? -See our postage guide below for fee's. How do I change currencies? -To change currencies, simply click on the meny to the right and select which curreny you want to use [SKR/EUR/USD available] How do I order? -To place your order, you must first "check out" from the cart, here you also fill in the requested fields and how you prefer to pay. You will get a comfirmation email directly in you inbox, then we will process the order and get back to you with the total amount and payment instructions. How to Pay? -We only accept advance payment (eller Postförskott inom Sverige) and then we send the items, well packed, in regular mail as standard mail or parcel. We Accept the following payments: Paypal, Payson, Paynova, Bank Account, Plusgiro or Cash at your own risk. Can I check my order status? -At the moment you can't check your status yourself, you have to contact us. Why don't you have that new CD on the release date? -We mainly use distributors in Germany and The Netherlands because it's cheaper but it takes a bit longer to get it delivered. Why don't you deliver with an invoice? -We tried that for a while, but we got ripped off too many times. I bought the wrong CD, can I change it? -Yes, but you have to pay for the postage. If you want to change, just contact us. Of course we pay for the postage if we have done anything wrong with your order. Why is it so expensive to order vinyls? -Ask the Swedish Postal service, we are too small to get all those discounts that bigger companies can use. 1 LP including embalage weights around 500g, the postage is 33kr then we have to add another 11kr for everything bigger than 25cm, so the postage is 44kr in Sweden.
